  Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi has sold his co-op on New York’s Upper West Side to the author of the Jack Reacher book series. Jim Grant, known commonly by the pen name Lee Child, bought Khosrowshahi’s co-op in The Orwell House for $9.15 million. The 4-bedroom, 3-bath unit has a view of Central Park.
