Foreign tourists hike on North Korea’s Mount Paektu volcano for the first time

Tourists from the United States are blocked from coming to North Korea by a travel ban imposed by President Donald Trump in response to the death of American college student Otto Warmbier, who died shortly after his release from North Korean custody for allegedly trying to steal a propaganda banner.
