Frank Sinatra’s Rat Pack Party House Hits the Market at $3.95 Million

Frank Sinatra’s rustic 1967 retreat in Palm Desert, California, just returned to market at $3.95 million, and it is a living legacy to Ol’ Blue Eyes. Villa Maggio is named for Sinatra’s character in From Here to Eternity, and the rambling five-acre compound retains many (perhaps too many?) details from its days as party central for Sammy, Dino and the rest of the Rat Pack. There’s a lighted helipad, tennis and basketball courts, multiple stone fireplaces, a dual-sauna pool house, and a guest house with a secret doorway Sinatra had built in the closet to access a guest bedroom (hey, don’t ask!).
