[custom_adv] He was a fixed member of the Iranian National Bodybuilding Team from 2011 to 2016. Choopan has competed several times at the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) contests and won various titles. [custom_adv] He started bodybuilding at the age of thirteen (2000). As an adolescent, he was a plasterer working with his senior brother Hasan, who was a major supporter of him in his road to championship. [custom_adv] After three years in professional sport, Hadi won the third place in national contests and the first title in his native Province of Fars. He won his first national medal in 2005. [custom_adv] From 2002 to 2008 his coach was Jamshid Owji. Then for a few years he had no coach and from 2013 to 2017 he was under the coaching of Ali Ne’mati. Since early 2018 he has been coached by the world-famous Hany Rambod.
