Kim Jong-Un strips down to undershirt with wife Ri Sol-ju in heatwave

His wife, Ri Sol-ju, has apparently been entrusted with carrying his jacket, while the entourage of military officials accompanying Mr Kim on the tour remain tightly buttoned up in their uniforms as they take down his commands.
