The Chinese and Russian military have been accused many times of cyberattacks and intrusions on top level computer systems at multiple levels of U.S. defenses. With the existing tensions with Iran, we’ve personally heard from experts in the field that the most likely form of retaliation in the short term is via cyberattack on the electrical grid.
