  Manny Khoshbin, a commercial real estate entrepreneur tagged one of the “world’s richest and fittest guys” in a 2011 Men’s Health Magazine roundup, is selling his 10,365-square-foot Newport Coast home for $9.975 million. The 10,365-square-foot house on nearly a half acre in the guard-gated Pelican Hill community has four bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen and separate prep kitchen, a wine cellar that can hold more than 1,500 bottles, an office, gym, massage room, home theater and poker parlor.
