Meanwhile, an Inquirer article dated September 6th, 2011 featured the same type of toilet. According to the news, the said Shell station’s operator spent 2 million Philippine peso for the rest room upgrade in order to make it tourist-friendly. The station is located in Lawaan, Talisay City, Cebu.
