His Really Useful INVESTMENTS COMPANY in London made £10.6m profit on £153m sales in 2009-10. Worldwide, the composer’s business empire and royalty stream are worth £550m. Other assets, such as art and wine, are holding up well but with continuing weakness in his property portfolio.
