How Halim Bademjan is so popular for Ramadan

 Halim bademjan is a Persian appetizer made with eggplant, cooked lentils and cooked shredded meat. I usually don’t put any meat in it. It’s one of my favorite Persian foods. I usually eat it as the main meal with bread.Peal the eggplant and cut thin strips. Salt generously and place on paper towels.
